Mr. Salguero has expertise in the management of large and complex projects that pose engineering and environmental challenges. He directed civil/environmental, hydrologic, process engineering, construction management staff and subcontractors during execution of remediation projects that ranged in scope from a small spill to multiple facilities geographically dispersed. He has benefited of valuable sales and administrative experience, client liasion, working knowledge of remediation technologies design and implementation, and relevant exposure to remedial construction contract and legal issues. Mr. Salguero brings to the client extensive program and project management experience in implementing and managing the multiple phases of the remedial program response, including: identification, assessment, investigation, remedial alternatives selection, remedial action design, remedial action implementation, operation and maintenance.

Mr. Salguero is in charge of all aspects of the operation of the firm, including strategic growth, market positioning and technical direction. As the Managing Member, Mr. Salguero develops strategic alliance partnerships, which has become a cohesive Technology Alliance Partnership Consortium of entrepreneurial firms providing bundled complementary innovative technology solutions. As Managing Member Mr. Salguero manages name recognition, transition from sub-contractor services to Company services. He continuously seeks “outside the box solutions” for our client’s most difficult problems while pushing innovative technologies to the leading edge.

Mr. Rhodes served as Project Manager and Superintendent for a prime contractor with clients as varied as the USACE, US Forest Service, DoD and private industry, proving capabilities to organize all aspects of projects. These projects included installing water filtration systems (USFS), controlling contaminated water runoff, and rebuilding military base housing following Hurricane Wilma (Navy), installing security upgrades (Army), and wetland remediation (USACE). He has also performed Quality Control on numerous Federal and commercial projects across the country.

Mr. Rhodes is a Member and Field Operations Manager of the firm.
